  Blizzards are amazing, although this DQ is slooow as Christmas no matter what you order. They seem to make food fresh, so that's all good, but the ice cream taking ages isn't very logical...
  
  Anyway, the enjoyment of eating it is always great! Just a bit slow!

  We just left this Dairy Queen restaurant while waiting in the drive thru to get 2 blizzards. Construction was being done and another person sat at the interline to order in front of us for..NO JOKE..20min at least. We finally rolled our window down and asked what was going on and no one had even came on to take their order. They left and we made it to the window to explain the situation and the manager nor the store owner either one offered to discount our order or provide coupons or anything for this now half an hour inconvenience. They even refused to do anything..not even a simple apology! Nothing. I'm appalled that there was not even any recognition of the very poor customer service that just happened. I will be contacting the district manager in regard to this incident. I very rarely write reviews but this deserved less than one star!!!
